Quality of care

Quality of care

NMHS strives to continually and proactively improve the quality of care we provide.

By taking a whole-of-system approach we work together to do the right thing for our patients and community.

  • Health professional wearing PPE
Quality improvement Quality improvement projects and initiatives are a structured way to improve patient safety and quality, and to achieve better patient outcomes.
  • Health professional looking at equipment
Measuring our performance By measuring and monitoring our progress against key safety and quality indicators we track how NMHS is achieving safe, high quality care and where we need to improve.
